To Purchase

Purchasing MetabolicPro is an easy two-step process. Please follow these instructions.

Step 1. Register to Purchase MetabolicPro.
You must register on the GMDI website in order to purchase MetabolicPro.

If you are a GMDI member, you already have an account.

• Please log-in to the GMDI website
• Go to the Register to Purchase MetabolicPro page, located under the MetabolicPro tab in the toolbar. Update your user information and fill in the required fields.
• Click “Continue to Purchase MetabolicPro” at the bottom of the page.

If you are NOT a GMDI member:

• Go to the Register to Purchase MetabolicPro page, located under the MetabolicPro Tab in the toolbar.
• Create an account.
• Fill in all required fields.
• Click “Continue to Purchase MetabolicPro” at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: If you would like to join GMDI before purchasing MetabolicPro, you may do so by clicking here. A one year membership is $100. Additionally, you will receive all the benefits of being a GMDI member. After you join, please follow the instructions (above) for GMDI members.

Step 2. Pay for MetabolicPro

• Select “initial license” to add the first MetabolicPro license to the shopping cart.
• You have the opportunity to purchase additional licenses by clicking on “Continue Shopping” choosing "additional license" in the pull down menu.
• After you have added all of the licenses for your Center, click on "Checkout Now"
• You may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) or by check.
• After you submit your payment you will receive a “THANK YOU” notice indicating that your payment will be processed.
• Once your payment is processed or received (for those paying by check) you will be notified by email with a MetabolicPro license key with instructions for activating your license on the MetabolicPro website (www.MetabolicPro.org ).
• YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR LICENSE KEY WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE. GMDI MUST VERIFY YOUR MEMBERSHIP STATUS AND GENERATE A LICENSE KEY. WE ARE A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WITH LIMITED STAFF. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.

Special Circumstances

How can I purchase MetabolicPro from outside the United States?

• If you have a Visa, Mastercard or American Express, you may purchase using the steps listed above. Check you credit card to make sure you are able to make international purchases.
• If you will be paying by check or money transfer, email MetabolicProSupport@gmdi.org. Someone will get back to you in 1-3 business days.

How can I get an invoice to bring to my purchasing department?

• Send an email to MetabolicProSupport@gmdi.org listing the contact name, email, telephone, billing address and how many licenses you are purchasing. An electronic invoice will be sent within 1-3 business days to the email provided. If all of the requested information is not provided, the invoice will be delayed.
