If you have questions while activating your license please read the instructions that were sent in the email containing your license key. If your question is not answered, please email MetabolicProSupport@gmdi.org
If you have purchased MetabolicPro, you have access to the "Help" section on the MetabolicPro.org site. The Help section includes the User Guide, an instructional video and a "Contact Us" button which will take you to automated email system for submitting support requests.
All questions and requests will be directed to the appropriate party who will respond to you within 1-3 business days.
