REQUIRED PROOF OF VACCINATION TO ATTEND IN-PERSON

The 2022 GMDI Conference is being planned as an in-person event. In an effort to protect the health of GMDI meeting participants, GMDI staff, and convention vendors, all participants, whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, staff, guest, or vendor will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination" means that 14 days have passed since a person has received all recommended doses in their primary series of either a FDA- or World Health Organization (WHO)-authorized (or emergency use authorized) double-dosed vaccine or single-dose vaccine.  GMDI will provide participants with access to a secure platform to upload vaccination status as part of the meeting registration process.

For those individuals who are not vaccinated, you will be offered the option to register, but you will be required to provide documentation of a negative PCR test within 72 hours prior to arrival in Nevada.

GMDI will notify pre-registered participants via email about specific requirements in place at the time of the conference and how to access a secure platform where they can upload vaccination status or PCR test restuls closer to the event date.

COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS

In an effort to create a safe environment for all participants, the GMDI Conference Team plans to adopt safety protocols in alignment with CDC, federal, and local safety recommendations in place at the time of the event, which may include, but are not limited to, distancing from one another and using face masks.
