Heather Bausell, RD, LDN, is a metabolic dietitian at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. She has been working in the field of metabolic nutrition for over seventeen years and provides specialized care to both children and adults with metabolic disorders. Ms. Bausell has also been involved with clinical research studies for several Inborn Errors of Metabolism.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of Illinois. She completed a Dietetic internship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Ms. Bausell is a co-author on several publications and has had the opportunity to present abstracts and oral presentations at professional meetings including GMDI, SIMD, ACMG. INFORM and ICIEM.
