Elissaveta is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist working at Vitaflo North America for over a decade, providing clinical and scientific oversight for the Metabolic, Pediatric Renal and Keto portfolios, healthcare professional education, claim substantiation and evidence generation. Most recently, Regulatory Affairs has joined her team. She resides in Navarre, FL and has been a GMDI member, Editorial Committee member and Chair. She served as the Co-Chair for the 2024 GMDI Conference and is currently serving as the Chair for the 2026 GMDI Conference.
